微表处抗裂性能技术研究

摘要 微表处具有优良的抗车辙性能和经济性,在我国公路建设和养护工程中已经并将继续被广泛地应用,但是抗裂性能不够突出。文章介绍了废胎胶粉微表处混合料配合比设计方法,并采用对比试验的方法,从多角度分析了废胎胶粉提高微表处抗裂性能的机理;通过沥青纤维封层抗裂强度模型的建立,提出沥青纤维封层抗裂概率强度理论,得出抗裂概率强度公式。研究表明:①在微表处中使用废胎胶粉可以提高抗裂性能,推荐其用量即粉集比为1.5%~3%;②沥青纤维封层是提高微表处抗裂性能的最佳方式,抗裂效果最好,推荐纤维用量为80~160g/m^(2)。研究成果可为抗裂型微表处的混合料设计及其工程应用提供参考。 Micro-surfacing has excellent rut resistance and economy which has been and will continue to be widely used in highway construction and maintenance projects in China.However,its crack resistance is not outstanding enough.The design method for the mix proportion of waste tire rubber powder micro-surfacing mixture is introduced,and the mechanism of waste tire rubber powder improving the crack resistance of micro-surfacing is analyzed from multiple perspectives through comparative experiments.Furthermore,through the establishment of a crack resistance strength model for asphalt fiber seals,the probability strength theory of crack resistance for asphalt fiber seals is proposed,and the crack resistance probability strength formula is derived.The results show that:①the use of waste tire rubber powder in micro-surfacing can improve crack resistance,and the recommended ratio of powder to aggregate is 1.5%-3%;②asphalt fiber seal is the best way to improve the crack resistance of micro-surfacing,with the best crack resistance effect and the recommended amount of fiber is 80-160g/m^(2).The research results can provide reference for the mixtures design and engineering application of anti-cracking micro-surfacing.
