摘要
运动员职业转型不仅关乎运动员自身发展,更与我国竞技体育可持续发展密切相关。采用文献资料法,对国外运动员职业转型的相关文献梳理总结发现,国外运动员职业转型模型内容日益深化,运动员职业转型路径愈发多样,这些理论成果也为我国运动员职业转型研究提供启示,应在原有基础上着力夯实运动员职业转型的理论体系,同时大力推进运动员职业转型援助。
Athletes'career transition is not only related to athletes'own development,but also closely related to the sustainable development of competitive sports in China.Adopting the literature method,it summarise the relevant literature on foreign athletes'career transition and find that the content of foreign athletes'career transition model is deepening and the path of athletes'career transition is becoming more and more diversified,and these theoretical results also provide inspiration for the research on athletes'career transition in China,and it should make efforts to consolidate the theoretical system of athletes'career transition on the basis of the original foundation,and at the same time,vigorously push forward the assistance of athletes’career transition.
