摘要
姜黄素是一种具有抗氧化、抗炎和抗肿瘤等多种生理活性的天然多酚类物质,但其因生物利用度低、溶解性能差等缺点,在应用方面受到限制。为克服这些不足,国内外研究人员以姜黄素为原料,开发制备了包合物、固体分散体、胶束、脂质体、纳米制剂和微球等制剂。本文从姜黄素的相关制剂及其活性评价等方面进行了综述。
Curcumin is a natural polyphenol.It has been confirmed that curcumin has anti-oxidant,anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer and so on.However,due to its low bioavailability and poor solubility,its application is limited.In order to solve these problems,researchers at home and abroad have developed inclusion compounds,solid dispersions,polymer micelles,liposomes,nanoparticles,microsphere and other different curcumin preparations.This paper will review preparations of curcumin and activity evaluation.
