摘要
分析外科护理管理方式在预防医院感染中的作用。选取2023年1月—2023年6月望谟县人民医院收治的100例住院患者为对照组研究对象,采用常规方式对其进行管理干预;同时选取2023年7月—2023年12月谟县人民医院收治的100例住院患者为观察组研究对象,开展外科护理管理,对比两组患者的干预效果。结果显示,实施管理后,观察组医院感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组医院环境质量优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理质量及患者的护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,外科护理管理的开展,能够使医院感染情况得到有效控制,有利于降低住院患者医院感染的发生率,保障患者护理服务质量。
Analyze the preventive effect of surgical nursing management intervention on hospital infections.Selecting 100 hospitalized patients admitted to Wangmo County People’s Hospital from January 2023 to June 2023 as the control group,routine management interventions were conducted on them;At the same time,100 hospitalized patients admitted to Wangmo County People’s Hospital from July 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the observation group research subjects to carry out surgical nursing management.After implementing management,compare the intervention effects between two groups of patients.The results showed that after implementing management,the incidence of hospital infections in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The quality of the hospital environment in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);The quality of nursing care and patient satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the implementation of surgical nursing management can effectively control hospital infections,reduce the incidence of hospital infections in hospitalized patients,and ensure the quality of patient nursing services.
