摘要
探究加强气道护理干预应用于老年重症肺炎患者护理中的效果。选择仁怀市人民医院2023年1月—2024年1月收治的78例重症肺炎(年龄>60岁)患者为研究对象,以奇偶分组法将患者分为参照组和试验组两组,每组各39例。参照组采用常规护理模式,试验组则以常规护理干预为前提,联合加强气道护理干预手段,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果显示,护理后,试验组患者的呼吸功能指标和动脉血气指标均优于参照组(P<0.05);试验组各指标时间均短于参照组(P<0.05);试验组并发症总发生率低于参照组(P<0.05);护理后,试验组患者APACHEⅡ评分、CPIS评分均低于参照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,在老年重症肺炎患者护理过程中,实施加强气道护理干预可改善患者的呼吸功能,加快患者的动脉血气指标恢复速度,缩短患者的住院时间。
Exploring the effectiveness of strengthening airway nursing interventions in the care of elderly patients with severe pneumonia.78 patients with severe pneumonia(aged>60 years)admitted to Renhuai People’s Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into a reference group and an experimental group using the odd even grouping method,with 39 patients in each group.The reference group adopted the conventional nursing mode,while the experimental group used conventional nursing intervention as the premise,combined with strengthened airway nursing intervention methods,to compare the nursing effects of the two groups of patients.The results showed that after nursing,the respiratory function indicators and arterial blood gas indicators of the experimental group patients were better than those of the reference group(P<0.05);The duration of each indicator in the experimental group was shorter than that in the reference group(P<0.05);The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05);After nursing,the APACHE II score and CPIS score of patients in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Research has found that strengthening airway care interventions in the nursing process of elderly patients with severe pneumonia can improve their respiratory function,accelerate the recovery of arterial blood gas indicators,and shorten their hospital stay.
