摘要
“党建融入事业、以高质量党建引领学校事业高质量发展”是强化民办高校党建工作、确保民办高校办学方向、提升民办高校人才培养质量的需要。新时期尽管部分民办高校通过强化融合理念与主张、建设融合机制与制度、设计融合通道与路径,推动了党建与思政教育工作的规范化发展,形成了一批“一融双高”典型案例,但存在思想认识尚不到位、融合意识尚需强化,融合机制构建不力、融合基础尚需夯实,制度执行不够严实、融合责任尚需压实,队伍建设有待加强、融合能力亟须提升等问题。基于融合理论要求,民办高校可通过高标准推动党组织自身建设、畅通党组织融入学校治理渠道、落实党组织思想政治教育职能、深化相关理论与实践研究、建立科学有效的评估机制等策略进一步推进“一融双高”落实落细。
"Integrating high-quality party building into the high-quality development of the school" is a necessity to strengthen the party-building work, ensure educational orientation, and improve the quality of talent training in private colleges and universities. In the new era, although some private colleges and universities have promoted the standardized development of party building and ideological and political education by strengthening the concept of integration, building integration mechanisms and systems, and designing integration channels and paths, and formed a number of typical party-building examples of "one integration and two high-quality", there are still problems such as low ideological consciousness, insufficient integration awareness, ineffective integration mechanism, unsound integration foundation, and other problems with regard to strictly implementing systems, shouldering integration responsibility, building strong teams, and improving integration ability. Based on the requirements of integration theory, private colleges and universities can further promote the implementation of "one integration and two high-quality" through strategies such as promoting the self-construction of party organizations with high standards, facilitating the channels for integrating party organizations into school governance, implementing the ideological and political education functions of party organizations, deepening relevant theoretical and practical research, and establishing scientific and effective evaluation mechanisms.
