大数据背景下公共卫生管理模式的创新路径

Innovative Path of Public Health Management Mode under the Back-ground of Big Data

摘要 在大数据背景下,公共卫生管理领域经历了一场深刻的变革。从理念上看,传统的管理模式正在逐步转变为更加现代化和科学化的方式。从管理主体上看,正在从原本的单一化管理变得更加多元化。从管理方式上看,从依赖经验转向了科学型管理模式。从体制上看,从原本的碎片化运作转变为了更加整体化的协调机制。这种环境下的公共卫生管理展现出了几个显著的特征,即决策科学化、过程精细化、合作高效化、系统集成化以及联动一体化。为了进一步优化公共卫生管理路径,有必要基于大数据来构建公共卫生管理的合作化、网络化、动态化、开放式和全过程监测模式,促使公共卫生管理得到更好的发展。 In the context of big data,the field of public health management has undergone a profound change.From the concept point of view,the traditional management mode is gradually changing to a more modern and scientific way.From the point of view of the management body,it is becoming more diversified from the original single management.From the point of view of management mode,it has changed from relying on experience to scientific management mode.From the perspective of the system,the original fragmented operation has been transformed into a more integrated coordination mechanism.Public health management in this environment shows several remarkable characteristics,namely,scientific decision-making,fine process,efficient cooperation,system integration and linkage integration.In order to further optimize the path of public health management,it is necessary to build a cooperative,networked,dynamic,open and whole-process monitoring model of public health management based on big data,so as to promote the better development of public health management.
