摘要
新四军铁军精神是中国共产党领导下革命精神的重要体现,内涵丰富且具有重大时代价值。其涵盖听党指挥的坚定信念、热爱人民的高尚情怀、顽强拼搏的战斗作风、艰苦奋斗的政治本色等,都是培养合格公安专业人才必备的政治和职业素养。培养合格公安人才需从课程设置、实践教学、校园文化建设、师资队伍建设等方面探索路径,将铁军精神融入公安学专业教育。
The spirit of the New Fourth Army's iron army is an important manifestation of the revolutionary spirit under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,with rich connotations and significant contemporary value.It covers the firm belief of obeying the Party's com-mand,the noble sentiment of loving the people,the tenacious fighting style,and the political nature of hard work,all of which are essential political and professional qualities for cultivating qualified public security professionals.To cultivate qualified public security talents,it is necessary to explore paths from curriculum design,practical teaching,campus culture construction,and teacher team construction,and inte-grate the spirit of the Iron Army into the professional education of public security.
