摘要
机场作为航空运输系统的重要基础设施,是航空运输网络中的重要节点和区域经济发展的重要基础设施,近年来我国机场建设领域也一直维持着较高的增长态势。人文机场“以人为本”的概念是以“平安、绿色、智慧、人文”为核心的四型机场建设的出发点和根本目标。聚焦人文机场核心建设理念,首先调研和梳理国内外人文机场相关政策和发展现状,结合现有人文机场建设相关标准体系内容,对人文机场建设理念和内涵展开解读,概述人文机场理念在机场建设期的要求与应用,对促进我国民航机场践行四型机场、人文机场建设具有启发意义。
As an important infrastructure of the air transport system,airports are an important node in the air transport network and an important infrastructure for regional economic development,and in recent years China's airport construction sector has been maintaining a high growth trend.The concept of"people-oriented"humanistic airports is the starting point and fundamental goal of the four types of airport construction with"safe,green,intelligent and humanistic"as the core.Focusing on the core construction concept of humanistic airports,we first research and sort out the relevant policies and development status of humanistic airports at home and abroad,interpret the concept and connotation of humanistic airports in the context of the existing humanistic airports construction related standard system,and outline the requirements and application of humanistic airports concept in the construction period of airports,which is of great significance in promoting the practice of the four types of airports and the humanistic airports construction in China's civil aviation airports.
