摘要
中华民族历来对教师的职业道德有很高的标准。近年来,“师德师风第一标准”日益深入人心,各高校更加重视师德师风建设。我国丰富的红色文化资源具有涵养师德师风的重要作用,为扎实开展师德师风教育提供了有效抓手与实践路径。辽东学院利用地处抗美援朝出征地的区位优势,将抗美援朝精神融入师德师风教育之中,取得了良好的实践效果。
The Chinese nation has always had a high standard for teachers’professional ethics.In recent years,the concept that professional ethics and competence is the foremost standard for teachers has become increasingly popular,and colleges and universities have paid more attention to the construction of teachers’professional ethics and competence.The rich red cultural resources in China provide an effective starting point and practical path for the education of teachers’professional ethics and competence.Being located in the expedition place of the War to Resist United States Aggression and Aid Korea(1950-53),Liaodong University integrated the Spirit of Resisting United States Aggression and Aiding Korea(1950-53)into the education of teachers’professional ethics and competence,and has achieved good practical results.
