摘要
我国的城市发展进入“存量时代”,如何充分融合人文、历史、科学、经济等多个因素对城市进行有机更新,真正激发城市活力是当今城市发展的研究热点之一。此次对鼓浪屿一处老宅的改造实践从文脉、法规、个人需求和经济利益等各个角度进行深度思考和分析并将成果一一体现在了设计之中,以此为例展示改造历史街区内老建筑的策略以及如何处理复杂现实条件的方法。研究成果可为城市更新的设计者们提供启发和建议。
China's urban development has entered the"stock era",and how to fully integrate multiple factors such as humanities,history,science and economy to organically update cities and truly stimulate urban vitality is one of the research hotspots in urban development today.The renovation practice of an old house on Gulangyu Island was deeply considered and analyzed from various perspectives such as context,regulations,personal needs,and economic interests,and the results were reflected in the design one by one.Taking this as an example,the strategy of renovating old buildings in a historical block and how to handle complex real-life conditions were demonstrated.The research results can provide inspiration and suggestions for designers of urban renewal.
