摘要
文章针对供应链管理课程教学内容滞后、供应链管理特征展现不足、教师自建资源缺乏业务真实性等问题,探讨校企合作建设任务驱动式供应链管理PBL课程资源的方法和经验,包括组建校企联合团队、建立团队工作机制,以保障课程资源建设项目的实施;开展“实践专家研讨会”以提升课程资源的行业普适性;通过多层次、多批次的质量验证工作提升课程资源质量;按照职业能力发展逻辑规律设计PBL项目任务;基于跨学科知识融入与教学内容重构,开发具有知识库系统特征的“PBL实训系统”等。实践证明,系列方法和经验均实用有效。
In response to issues such as outdated teaching content of supply chain management courses,insufficient display of supply chain management features,and a lack of professional authenticity in teacher-created resources,this paper explores methods and experiences in building task-driven PBL(problem-based learning)course resources for supply chain management through universityindustry collaboration.It includes forming a joint team between universities and industries and establishing a team workf low mechanism to ensure the implementation of the course resource construction project,enhancing the industry applicability of course resources through"practice expert workshops",improving the quality of course resources through multi-level and multi-batch quality verification,designing PBL project tasks according to the logic of vocational capability development,and integrating interdisciplinary knowledge and restructuring of teaching content to develope a"PBL training system"with a knowledge base system feature.Practical application has proven these methods and experiences to be practical and effective.
