摘要
以毛泽东同志为主要代表的中国共产党人,根植于中华民族五千多年文明史,继承发展马克思主义,在结合国情党情农情基础上,创造性提出“农业的根本出路在于机械化”,为我国农业机械化发展提供了正确指引。毛泽东关于农业机械化论断经历萌芽、形成、发展等阶段,认识呈螺旋式上升发展趋势。在此指引下,我国农业机械化体制机制不断完善优化、农业生产力水平逐渐提升、传统小农经济得到改造、农机人才队伍培养壮大。毛泽东关于农业机械化论断是我们党的宝贵精神财富,要准确认识其历史贡献,在迈向全面建设社会主义现代化强国新征程中实现农业机械化高质量发展。
Its Historical Contribution and Achievement:The CPC members,mainly represented by ComradeMao Zedong,took root in the civilization ofthe Chinese nation which lasts for more than 5oo years,inherited and developed Marxism,and creatively put forward the idea that"the future of agriculture fundamentally lies in mechanization"on the basis of the conditions of the country,the Party,and the agriculture.The thought provides a correct guideline to developing agricultural mechanization in China.Mao Ze-dong's thesis on agricultural mechanization went through the stages of germination,formation and development;his understanding showed a spiral-upward trend,as it was gradually deepening.Under this guidance,the institutional system of agricultural mechanization in China has been improving and optimized,the level of agricultural productivity has been gradually raised,the traditional small-scale peasant economy has been transformed,and the team of agricultural machinery talents has been cultivated and strengthened.Mao Ze-dong's thesis on agricultural mechanization is a valuable spiritual wealth of our Party.We should accurately understand its historical contribution so as to realize the high-quality development of agricultural mechanization in the new journey towards comprehensively building a modern socialist power.
