摘要习近平文化思想是新时代社会主义文化建设的指导思想。习近平文化思想的时代价值、内在特质和使命任务构成了习近平文化思想引领时代新人培育的基本依据。以巩固文化的主体性为根本,为培育时代新人“定位”;以推进“两个结合”为遵循,为培育时代新人“定法”;以肩负新的文化使命为目标,为培育时代新人“定标”,这形成了习近平文化思想引领时代新人培育的逻辑理路。新时代,以习近平文化思想引领时代新人培育,要以大力发展文化生产力为培育时代新人创造良好的物质文化条件、以提高全社会文明程度为培育时代新人提供良好的社会文化条件、以提高人民的文化意识涵养时代新人的主体自觉、以深化文明交流互鉴彰显时代新人的天下胸怀。确保时代新人培育在习近平文化思想旗帜的引领下始终沿着符合中国现代化道路的方向前进,为培育堪当民族复兴大任的时代新人贡献文化力量。 Xi Jinping Thought on Culture is the guiding ideology of socialist cultural construction in the new era.The times value,intrinsic characteristics and mission of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture constitute the basic basis for the cultivation of new people led by Xi Jinping Thought on Culture.We must consolidate the subjectivity of culture as the fundamental,cultivate new people of the era with“positioning”,promote the“two combinations”and cultivate new people of the times by“setting the rules”.With the goal of shouldering the new cultural mission and“setting the standard”for cultivating the new people of the times,it is necessary to vigorously develop cultural productive forces to create good material and cultural conditions for cultivating the new era,to improve the level of civilization of the whole society to provide good social and cultural conditions for cultivating the new era,to improve the people's cultural awareness to cultivate the subject consciousness of the new era,and to deepen cultural exchanges and mutual learning to highlight the world mind of the new era.To ensure that the cultivation of new people in the era has always been in line with the direction of China's modernization road under the guidance of the banner of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture,and to contribute cultural strength to the cultivation of new people in the era worthy of the great responsibility of national rejuvenation.
