摘要
针对骨缺损病例日益增长的临床现象,骨组织工程(bone tissue engineering,BTE)移植物已成为骨科迫切需求的医疗器械。丝素蛋白(silk fibroin,SF)是一种生物相容性优异的可降解生物医用有机高聚物,羟基磷灰石(hydroxyapatite,HAP)是骨基质的主要无机成分。本文描述了骨组织的组成与结构以及丝素与骨组织细胞的相容性,介绍了HAP在骨组织中的功能,以及丝素为模板沉积生长HAP的方法与矿化活性,阐述了SF/HAP复合材料的制备技术及其诱导骨组织再生修复的最新研究进展,并对SF/HAP复合材料的制备难点进行总结和应用前景进行展望。
In view of the increasing clinical phenomenon of bone defect disease,bone tissue engineering(BTE)grafts have become an urgent medical device in orthopedics.Silk fibroin(SF)is a biocompatible and biodegradable organic polymer,and hydroxyapatite(HAP)is the main inorganic component of bone matrix.In this paper,the composition and structure of bone tissue and the compatibility between silk fibroin and bone tissue cells were described.The function of HAP in bone tissue was briefly described,and the method of deposition and growth of HAP with silk fibroin as template and its mineralization activity were introduced.Furthermore,the preparation techniques of SF/HAP composite materials and the latest research progress in inducing bone tissue regeneration and repair were reviewed.The preparation difficulties and application prospects of SF/HAP composites were summarized.
