摘要
目的探讨分阶段康复训练对老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)患者生活质量的影响。方法选择2023年11月至2024年2月于解放军总医院第七医学中心心血管内科接受治疗的120例老年冠心病患者为研究对象,康复训练分为急性期、恢复期和维持期三个阶段,旨在逐步提升患者的心脏功能和生活质量。采用SF-36量表评估生活质量,同时收集生化指标和心脏功能指标数据。结果康复训练显著提高患者的SF-36评分,尤其在生理功能、生理职能和社会功能等维度,评分变化率分别为76.9%,38.1%和32.7%。生化指标的最大改善变化率为16.7%和心脏功能指标的最大改善变化率为10%。结论本研究为老年冠心病患者的康复训练提供了科学依据,建议制定个性化康复计划,依靠多学科团队合作,早期开始康复训练,重视心理支持,有助于提高患者生活质量。
Objective To discuss the influence of phased rehabilitation training on quality of life(QOL)in elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods The elderly patients with CHD(n=120)were chosen from Department of Cardiology in the Seventh Medical Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital from Nov.2023 to Dec.2024.The phased rehabilitation training was divided into 3 stages:acute phase,recovery phase and maintenance phase,aiming to gradually improve gradually patients’heart function and QOL.QOL was reviewed by using Scale of 36-item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36),and biochemical indexes and heart function indexes were collected.Results The SF-36 scores were significantly promoted by the phased rehabilitation training,especially in the dimensions of physiological,physiological and social function.The rates of score changes were,respectively 76.9%,38.1%,and 32.7%.The maximum improvement rate in biochemical indexes was 16.7%,and the maximum improvement rate in heart function indexes was 10%.Conclusion This study provides a scientific basis for the rehabilitation training,and suggests individualized rehabilitation programs,multidisciplinary teamwork,early start of rehabilitation training,and emphasis on psychological support,which is conducive for improving QOL in elderly CHD patients.
