摘要
汉昭帝始元五年春,受卫太子残余势力蛊惑,夏阳男子张延年诣长安未央宫北阙,自称卫太子,引发数万人围观,赖京兆尹隽不疑处置果决,方化解了这场危机。然而隽不疑依《公羊传》之说处置这场风波,颇为后世所讥,实则其所引之说是具备指导处置自称卫太子者的效用的,其指斥卫太子为罪人,也并不过分。该事件进一步增进了霍光与昭帝的关系,并促使霍光加大了推行德政、打击以桑弘羊为首的外朝官员的力度。由于隽不疑将卫太子定性为罪人,断绝了卫太子残余势力继续借卫太子生事的念想,于是他们转而拥戴卫太子的遗孙刘病已。隽不疑虽居功至伟,但由于不肯加入霍光的团队,次年被免官,终老于家。
In the spring of 82 BCE,under the influence of the remnant forces of Prince Wei,Zhang Yannian,a man from Xiayang,went to the north gate of Weiyang Palace and claimed that Prince Wei had returned,causing tens of thousands of onlookers.Thanks to Juan Buyi’s decisive handling,this crisis was finally resolved.However,his handling of this turmoil according to Gongyang Zhuan was quite ridiculed by later generations.In fact,the statement it cited had the effect of guiding the disposal of the one who claimed to be Prince Wei,and it was not overstated to indict Prince Wei as a criminal.This incident further strengthened the relationship between Huo Guang and Emperor Zhao,and encouraged Huo Guang to endeavor more to promote virtuous governance and crack down on officials from the foreign court led by Sang Hongyang.In addition,because Juan Buyi identified Prince Wei as a criminal,which denied the idea of the remnant forces of Prince Wei to continue to use the fake Prince Wei to cause trouble,they turned to support Liu Bingyi,the grandson of Prince Wei.Although Juan Buyi made great contributions,he was dismissed from the office the following year because he refused to join Huo Guang’s group and lived out his life at home.
