摘要
为测试高分七号卫星数据在自然资源执法监测业务中的应用潜力,本文以高分七号卫星0.8 m全色和3.2 m多光谱融合影像数据为监测数据源,结合自然资源执法监测业务流程,利用定性和定量的分析方法,分别对其原始数据光谱质量、影像融合产品效果、正射影像产品精度和解译能力进行分析。结果表明,高分七号卫星光谱质量较优、影像融合效果较好、正射影像几何纠正精度高、解译能力强,完全可以满足自然资源执法监测对高分辨率数据源的应用需求。
In order to test the application potential of GF-7 satellite data in natural resources law enforcement monitoring operations,the 0.8 meter panchromatic and 3.2 meter multispectral fusion image data of GF-7 satellite are used as monitoring data sources.Based on monitoring business processes in conjunction with natural resource law enforcement,using qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,the spectral quality of original data,the effect of image fusion,the accuracy of orthophoto images and the ability of interpretation are analyzed respectively.The results show that GF-7 satellite data has better spectral quality,better image fusion effect,higher geometric correction accuracy of orthophoto images and stronger interpretation ability.It can fully meet the application requirements of high-resolution data sources for natural resources law enforcement monitoring.
