以节能调度为导向的发电侧与售电侧峰谷分时电价联合优化模型 被引量:2

A joint optimization model for peak valley time of use electricity prices on the generation and sales sides guided by energy-saving scheduling

摘要 峰谷分时电价是我国电力系统中的一项重要政策,对提高电力资源的利用效率具有积极意义。首先,介绍了峰谷分时电价政策的应用现状,分析了实行峰谷分时电价后,发电企业、供电企业及电力用户各主体的效益;然后,基于节能调度导向下,考虑环境价值参数,提出发电侧与售电侧峰谷分时电价的联合优化模型。根据实际案例分析显示,运用该优化模型既能削峰填谷,保证各方主体的利益;又能降低发电过程的能耗,减少污染物排放,兼具经济性和环保性,可在电力市场进行推广应用。 Peak valley time of use electricity price is an important policy in China's power system,which has a positive significance in improving the utilization efficiency of power resources.The article first introduces the current application status of peak valley time of use electricity pricing policy,and analyzes the benefits of implementing peak valley time of use electricity pricing for power generation enterprises,power supply enterprises,and power users;Based on energy-saving scheduling guidance and considering environmental value parameters,a joint optimization model for peak valley time of use electricity prices on the generation and sales sides is proposed.Practical case analysis shows that using this optimization model can not only reduce peak load and fill valley load,but also ensure the interests of all parties involved;It can also reduce energy consumption and pollutant emissions during the power generation process,and has both economic and environmental benefits,which can be promoted and applied in the electricity market.
