摘要
带状疱疹为临床常见病和多发病.阿是穴围刺疗法治疗此病疗效显著,为中医优势病种.本文论述了中西医对带状疱疹病因病机的认识、阿是穴围刺疗法治疗此病的机理,并介绍了临床中运用此法治疗显效的医案4则,以及笔者对此病运用该疗法治疗的体会,望读者能对此病及其治疗有深入的了解,并为该疾病的治疗提供更多的临床参考.
Herpes zoster is a clinical common disease and frequently-occurring disease.On this disease,the treatment of peri-acupuncture method at Ashi point has a significant therapeutic effect.It is a advantaged kinds of disease of Traditional Chinese Medicine.This paper discusses the understanding of etiology and pathogenesis of this disease in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western medicine,the mechanism of peri-acupuncture method at Ashi point in treating this disease,also lists four effective cases of treating herpes zoster by this treatment in the author's clinical practice,and some of the author's thinkings,in the hope that readers can deepen their understanding of this disease and its treatment.It can provide more clinical reference for treatment of the disease.
