摘要
目的 分析高频超声对外毛根鞘囊肿的鉴别诊断价值与特征表现.方法 自2021年10月-2023年10月本院收治的患者中选取30例外毛根鞘囊肿与32例表皮样囊肿患者作为研究对象,对所选患者展开高频超声检查.观察患者性别、年龄等一般资料表现,以病理检验结果作为金标准,分析高频超声对外毛根鞘囊肿的诊断效能,对比外毛根鞘囊肿与表皮样囊肿在超声特征与血流信号上的表现.结果 两组患者在性别、年龄等一般资料上无明显差异(P>0.05);高频超声在外毛根鞘囊肿诊断中的灵敏度为93.33%,特异度为96.88%,阳性预测值为96.55%,阴性预测值为93.94%,准确度为95.16%;在高频超声中,两组患者的位置、形态、边界、后方回声均无明显差异(P>0.05),外毛根鞘组患者内部有钙化灶、无回声区的占比明显高于表皮样组(P<0.05);两组患者在血流信号分布情况上无明显差异(P>0.05).结论 在外毛根鞘囊肿鉴别诊断中应用高频超声检查,能够为诊断结果的灵敏度、特异度以及准确度带来可靠保障,具有一定推广应用价值.
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value and characteristic features of high-frequency ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of external hair root sheath cysts.Methods From October 2021 to October 2023,30 patients with hairy root sheath cysts and 32 patients with epidermoid cysts were selected as the study subjects,and high-frequency ultrasound examinations were performed on the selected patients.Observing the general information of patients such as gender and age,using pathological examination results as the gold standard,analyzing the diagnostic efficacy of high-frequency ultrasound for external hairy root sheath cysts,and comparing the ultrasound characteristics and blood flow signals of external hairy root sheath cysts and epidermoid cysts.Results There was no significant difference in general information such as gender and age between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);high frequency ultrasound has a sensitivity of 93.33%,specificity of 96.88%,positive predictive value of 96.55%,negative predictive value of 93.94%,and accuracy of 95.16%in the diagnosis of outer hair root sheath cysts;in high-frequency ultrasound,there was no significant dference in the position,shape,boundary,and posterior echo between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).The proportion of patients in the outer hairy root sheath group with calcified lesions and no echo areas inside was significantly higher than that in the epidermal like group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the distribution of blood flow signals between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of high-frequency ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of outer hair root sheath cysts can provide reliable assurance for the sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of the diagnostic results,and has certain promotion and application value.
