摘要
随着我国煤与瓦斯突出预测技术日益完善,煤与瓦斯突出事故得到极大改善,但开采深度增加导致煤层结构日趋复杂,煤与瓦斯突出事故仍时有发生。取样装置是采用钻屑指标法预测煤与瓦斯突出的基础,目前普遍存在因为钻机振动、钻屑飞扬而取样困难的问题,特别是我国煤层逐渐呈现出松软和急倾斜特征。总结了煤矿用钻屑瓦斯解吸指标测定取样装置的研究现状,阐述了其工作特点及未来发展趋势。
With the improvement of coal and gas outburst prediction technology in China,coal and gas outburst accidents have been greatly improved,but the increase of mining depth has led to the increasingly complex coal seam structure,and coal and gas outburst accidents still occur from time to time.The sampling device is the basis for predicting coal and gas outburst by the drilling cutting index method,and the sampling device generally has problems of difficulty in sampling due to drilling rig vibration and drill cuttings flying,especially the coal seam in China gradually shows the characteristics of soft and sharp inclination.The research status of the sampling device for the determination of gas desorption index of drilling cutting in coal mine was summarized,and the working characteristics and future development trend were expatiated.
