摘要
以北华航天工业学院机械类专业学位研究生培养为例,在产教深度融合研究背景下构建专业位培养模式,形成校企合作三维协同“知识协同、主体协同、需求协同”培养机制。知识更新紧跟产业前沿技术,培养主体协调配合各尽其责,校企生需求形成统一的共同体。完成航天院校机械类专业学位育人目标,为我省航天产业发展提供人才支撑。
Based on the training for postgraduate mechanical students,a three-dimensional synergy education mode is established under the deep integration of Industry & Education to achieve knowledge collaboration,system cooperation,and requirement unification.This mechanism requires that teaching contents updating should keep pace with new science and technology in mechanical area,coordination between different units should fulfill their respective responsibilities and the needs from school,enterprise,and students should form a unified community.This training mode will achieve the education goal of mechanical degree in aerospace colleges,and provide talent support for the development of aerospace industry in Hebei province.
