摘要
提高实践创新能力是培养卓越工程师的关键。然而,受限于经验、投入、规模、师资等,大部分高校的化学工程领域专业学位硕士研究生教育不能有效培养学生的实践创新能力,从而无法满足社会对人才的需求。文章通过系统分析化学工程领域专业学位硕士研究生的培养定位、培养重心、培养体系和保障等方面存在的问题,提出优化培养方案、强化企业参与、增强对口需求、推进一专多能、强化师资保障、深化专业实践、创新评价体系等有效措施,为化学工程领域专业学位硕士研究生的培养提供有益的参考。
Improving the practical innovation ability is the key to cultivating outstanding engineers.However,the practical innovation abilities of professional degree postgraduates in chemical engineering cannot be effectively cultivated due to the restriction of experience,investment,scale,and teachers,so it is unable to meet the society's demand for talents. Based on a systematic analysis of the existing problemsinvolved in the orientation, focus, system and guarantee of the professional degree postgraduates inchemical engineering, some effective measures are proposed, including optimizing the cultivationprogram, strengthening enterprise participation, enhancing the counterpart demand, promoting onespecialty and multiple abilities, strengthening the guarantee of teachers, deepening the professionalpractice, and innovating the evaluation system. This work will provide a helpful reference for thecultivation of professional degree postgraduates in chemical engineering.
