摘要
微环境失衡是阻碍慢性难愈合创面愈合的关键,而“煨脓长肉”作为中医外治疗法中一种独具特色的治疗理念,由其发展而来的中药制剂被证实能够通过外敷“煨脓”整体把控创面微环境而促进慢性难愈合创面愈合。为更好地指导“煨脓长肉”理念在慢性难愈合创面治疗中的应用,完善中医药特色诊疗在慢性难愈合创面修复中的理论体系,本文阐释了“煨脓长肉”理念在慢性难愈合创面修复中的作用机制与研究进展。
Imbalance in the wound microenvironment is a key factor hindering the healing of chronic refractory wounds.The traditional Chinese medical therapy of“Wound⁃Pus Promoting Granulation Tissue Growth”is a distinctive external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,and herbal preparations derived from it have been confirmed with the effect of promoting healing of chronic refractory wounds by being applied topically to facilitate pus drainage and further regulate the wound microenvironment.This paper analyzed the mechanism of action and research progress of this therapy,aiming to provide guidance for the application of“Wound⁃Pus Promoting Granulation Tissue Growth”in chronic refractory wound management and improve the theoretical system of TCM⁃characterized therapies in the field of chronic refractory wound repair.
