摘要
肺癌是全球范围内最常见的一种癌症,也是导致癌症相关死亡的主要原因之一。其中非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)占约85%。N6-甲基腺苷(m6A)是RNA的表观遗传修饰之一,异常的m6A修饰与多种疾病,尤其是肿瘤的进展和预后密切相关。非编码RNA(ncRNAs),如微小RNA(miRNA)、长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)和环状RNA(circRNA)等参与了肿瘤的发生、转移和其他相关恶性表型的过程。本文综述了m6A和ncRNAs之间的相互作用,阐明了它们之间错综复杂的相互作用,为NSCLC的临床诊断和治疗提供了新的思路。
Lung cancer is the most common cancer and one of the leading causes of cancer-related death worldwide,with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)accounting for the majority,comprising approximately 85%of cases.The N6-methyladenosine(m6A)modification is an epigenetic alteration of RNA that plays a crucial role in the progression and prognosis of various diseases,particularly tumors.The involvement of non-coding RNAs(ncRNAs),such as microRNAs(miRNA),long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs),and circular RNAs(circRNAs),has been implicated in the processes of tumorigenesis,metastasis,and other associated malignant phenotypes.This review provides a comprehensive overview of the interplay between m6A and ncRNAs,elucidating their intricate interactions that hold potential for novel insights into the clinical diagnosis and treatment of NSCLC.
