摘要
新时代新征程,中国共产党要解决大党独有难题,关键要持续推进党的自我革命。大党独有难题是在多维成因共同作用下形成的,“六个如何始终”交织,对中国共产党的管党治党提出了整体性挑战。这就要求中国共产党以更具主动性、系统性、制度性、创新性的自我革命解决大党独有难题。具体而言,一是要强化对党员干部的使命引领并在党内营造自我革命的紧迫感,二是要提升组织体系的整体效能以实现自我革命合力的快速发展,三是要在巩固自我革命阶段性成果中健全自我革命制度规范体系,四是要通过建设自我革命文化激发全党的积极性、主动性、创造性。
In the new era and on the new journey,the key for the Communist Party of China to tackle the special challenges that a large party faces,is to continue to promote the Party's self-reform.The special challenges that a large party like the CPC faces are formed under the combined actions of multi-dimensional causes,and the interweaving of"six how the CPC always"poses an overall challenge to the CPC's governance of the Party.This requires the Communist Party of China to tackle the special challenges that a large party faces through self-reform with more initiative,systematicness,regularization and innovation.Specifically,the first is to strengthen the mission guidance of Party members and cadres and foster a sense of urgency for self-reform within the Party;the second is to improve the overall effectiveness of the organizational system to achieve the rapid development of self-reform forces;the third is to improve the systems and regulations for the Party's self-reform in consolidating the phased achievements of selfreform;and the fourth is to stimulate the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of the whole Party through cultivating a self-reform culture.
