车用内饰件VOC释放量测定及其暴露风险评估

摘要 随着汽车的普及,由内饰件引起的车内污染问题也日益引起人们的关注。利用环境舱法探究了方向盘套、座垫、脚垫、座椅头枕等12款产品在夏季高温条件下的挥发性有机物(volatile organic compounds, VOC)释放量,并建立了相应的车内“五苯三醛”吸入风险评估模型。结果表明:这些内饰件中释放的重点VOC以烷烯烃、苯系物、醛酮和醇醚类物质为主,且座垫和脚垫释放的丙烯醛对司乘人员有较大的非致癌风险。该研究为内饰件中VOC释放到车内的暴露风险评估提供新思路。 With the popularization of automobiles,the problem of interior pollution caused by interior parts has increasingly attracted people’s attention.This article uses the environmental chamber method to explore the volatile organic compound(VOC)emissions of 12 products,including steering wheel covers,seat cushions,floor mats and seat headrests,under high-temperature conditions in summer,and establishes a corresponding risk assessment model for inhalation of air pollution in car.The results indicate that the key VOCs released from these interior parts are mainly alkylenes,benzenes,aldehydes,ketones,alcohols and esters,and the acrolein released from seat cushions and floor mats poses a significant non-carcinogenic risk to drivers and passengers.This study provides a new approach for assessing the exposure risk of VOC emissions from interior parts.
