摘要
外部灾害组合事件可能导致核电厂预计运行事件或事故工况,有必要识别并防护对核电厂有威胁的外部灾害组合事件。通过对外部灾害组合相关的国内外法规标准和工程实践进行调研,建立外部灾害组合事件的防护设计方法和流程,并对外部灾害组合的识别方法、筛选准则及筛选过程中的关键因素和防护设计策略进行了分析,为核电厂外部灾害组合事件的防护设计提供借鉴。
External hazard combination events should be identified and protected,which may lead to the predicted operation events or accident conditions of nuclear power plant.Through the investigation and study of the laws and regulations and engineering practices related to external hazard combination at home and abroad,the protection design method and process of external hazard combination events are established.The identification method,screening criteria and the key factors in the screening process and protection design strategies of external hazard combination events are carried out to provide reference for the protection design of external hazard combination in nuclear power plants.
