摘要
托酚酮类天然产物是一类含芳香七元环的化合物,虽在细菌、真菌、植物和动物中均有分布,但在次级代谢产物中相对较为罕见.鉴于托酚酮类天然产物具有丰富的生物学活性,研究者们对其分离鉴定及生物合成途径解析展开了一系列研究.本文详细归纳了细菌、真菌、植物和动物来源托酚酮类天然产物的结构类型及其生物学活性,并梳理了四类托酚酮类天然产物的生物合成史.本文对托酚酮类天然产物的结构多样性、生物活性和生物合成化学机制等方面的研究现状进行概述,以期为后续学者进一步发现新的托酚酮类天然产物以及后期的开发与利用提供理论参考.
Tropolone natural products(tropolonoids) containing a unique seven-membered non-benzenoid aromatic ring are found in bacteria,fungi,plants,and animals.The tropolone skeleton is a rare feature of secondary metabolites.Considering the remarkable biological activities inherent in the tropolonoids,a multitude of studies have been meticulously conducted by researchers.These studies encompass the isolation,structural identification,and elucidation of biosynthetic pathways.This review summarizes the diverse structures and biological activities of tropolonoids and highlights four biosynthetic pathways for the tropolone skeleton in different organisms.It aims to provide theoretical references for scholars to further explore the new chemistry and industrial applications of tropolone natural products from mother nature.
