硅藻土在给水厂高效沉淀池中的应用

摘要 为解决水厂高效沉淀池运行初期原水浑浊度低,难以形成足够污泥回流的问题,文章通过烧杯试验详细研究了不同参数(泥源种类、回流比、药剂投加量)对外加泥源的原水絮凝沉淀效果的影响。结果表明,添加100目硅藻土的原水在回流比为3%,聚合氯化铝(PAC)投加质量浓度为3 mg/L,聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)投加质量浓度为0.15 mg/L时絮凝沉淀效果最佳,这是由于具有多孔结构和良好吸附性能的硅藻土提高了颗粒物相互碰撞的机会和吸附架桥作用,增强了污泥沉降性能。在水厂实际生产调试中,进一步探索出高效沉淀池合适的运行参数,当PAC投加质量浓度为3 mg/L、PAM投加质量浓度为0.22 mg/L、污泥回流比控制在2.5%时沉后浑浊度最低,确定了硅藻土在高效沉淀池运行中发挥的作用。高效沉淀池外加硅藻土可以快速启动污泥回流,提高混凝效果,增强污泥的沉降性能,保证了沉后水质的稳定,确保高效沉淀池正常的运行,为全国同类水厂高效沉淀池处理低浊水的生产运行提供参考和依据。 In order to solve the problem of low turbidity of raw water and difficulty in forming sufficient sludge reflux in early stage of operation the high efficiency mid-flocculation and sedimentation tank of water treatment plant(WTP),the effects of different parameters(type of mud source,reflux ratio,and dosage of chemicals)on the flocculation and sedimentation effect of raw water from the external mud source were studied in detail by beaker test.The results showed that the flocculation and precipitation effect was the best when the reflux ratio of raw water added with 100 mesh diatomite was 3%,the mass concentration of PAC was 3 mg/L,and the mass concentration of PAM was 0.15 mg/L,which was due to the fact that the diatomite with porous structure and good adsorption performance improved the chance of particle collision and adsorption bridging,and enhanced the sludge sedimentation performance.When the mass concentration of PAC was 3 mg/L,the mass concentration of PAM was 0.22 mg/L,and the sludge reflux ratio was controlled at 2.5%,the turbidity after sinking was the lowest,which determined the role of diatomite in the operation of the high efficiency mid-flocculation and sedimentation tank.The addition of diatomite to the high efficiency mid-flocculation and sedimentation tank can quickly start the sludge reflux,improve the coagulation effect,enhance the sedimentation performance of the sludge,ensure the stability of the water quality after sedimentation,ensure the normal operation of thehigh efficiency mid-flocculation and sedimentation tank,and provide reference and basis for the production and operation of high efficiency mid-flocculation and sedimentation tank of similar WTPs in China to treat low-turbidity water.
