摘要
目的:研究幽门螺杆菌(Hp)根除性治疗联合益生菌在慢性胃炎患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年9月—2023年9月黔南布依族苗族自治州瓮安县中医医院收治的80例慢性胃炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组采用常规Hp根除性治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合益生菌治疗。对比两组临床指标、炎性因子[C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]水平、不良反应发生率、治疗有效率、Hp清除率。结果:研究组Hp根除时间、胃炎症状改善时间短于对照组(P<0.001)。治疗前,两组IL-6、CRP水平对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组IL-6、CRP水平降低,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P=0.048)。研究组治疗有效率高于对照组(P=0.048)。研究组Hp清除率高于对照组(P=0.048)。结论:Hp根除性治疗联合益生菌治疗慢性胃炎的效果显著,有助于Hp根除,改善临床症状,降低不良反应发生率及炎性因子水平。
Objective:To study the effect of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)eradication therapy combined with probiotics in chronic gastritis patients.Methods:A total of eighty patients with chronic gastritis admitted to Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture Weng'an County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with forty cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine Hp eradication therapy,and the study group was treated with probiotics based on the control group.Clinical indicators,inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)]levels,incidence of adverse reactions,treatment effectiveness and Hp clearance were compared between the two groups.Results:Hp eradication time and gastritis symptom improvement time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.001);before treatment,there were no significant differences in IL-6 and CRP levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of IL-6 and CRP in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in study group was lower than that in control group(P=0.048);the effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.048);the Hp clearance rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.048).Conclusion:Hp eradication therapy combined with probiotics is effective in the treatment of chronic gastritis,which helps to eradicate Hp,improve clinical symptoms,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and the level of inflammatory factors.
