面向煤炭洗选智能化控制系统的设计研究

摘要 设计并分析了面向煤炭洗选的智能化控制系统,以提升煤炭洗选效率及安全性。探讨了系统的硬件及软件设计,硬件系统包括传感器、PLC(Programmable Logic Controller,可编程逻辑控制器)、UPS和智能显示终端的选型与配置,软件系统主要用于优化PLC和人机界面。研究结果显示,设计的系统能够有效实现煤炭洗选过程的自动化和智能化,通过实时监控生产过程,并进行优化分析,提高了煤矿的生产效率和安全性。 An intelligent control system for coal washing was designed and analyzed to improve the efficiency and safety of coal washing.The hardware and software design of the system were discussed.The hardware system included the selection and configuration of sensors,PLC(Programmable Logic Controller),UPS and intelligent display terminal,while the software system was mainly used to optimize PLC and human-machine interface.The research results showed that the designed system can effectively realize the automation and intelligence of the coal washing process,and improve the production efficiency and safety of the coal mine through real-time monitoring and optimization analysis of the production process,which improved the production efficiency and safety of coal mines.
