摘要
目的探究苯磺酸瑞马唑仑复合阿芬太尼在老年无痛肠镜检查中的应用效果。方法选取2022年11月—2023年11月我院收治的50例老年无痛肠镜检查患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组采用阿芬太尼复合丙泊酚麻醉,观察组采用阿芬太尼复合苯磺酸瑞马唑仑麻醉,对比两组的镇静、镇痛效果。结果观察组麻醉起效时间、苏醒时间及离室时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。T_(0)时,两组心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)水平对比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),T_(1)、T_(2)时,观察组HR、MAP水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);T_(1)、T_(2)时,观察组Ramsay评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年无痛肠镜检查中使用苯磺酸瑞马唑仑复合阿芬太尼麻醉,能够提高镇静镇痛效果、优化临床指标、稳定血流动力学指标。
Objective To explore the effect of remimazolam besylate combined with alfentanil on painless colonoscopy in elderly patients.Methods Fifty elderly patients undergoing painless colonoscopy in our hospital from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was anesthetized with alfentanil combined with propofol,and the observation group was anesthetized with alfentanil combined with remimazolam besylate.The sedative and analgesic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The onset time of anesthesia,recovery time and leaving room time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).At T_(0),there were no significant differences in heart rate(HR)and mean arterial pressure(MAP)levels between the two groups(P>0.05).At T_(1) and T_(2),HR and MAP levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).At T_(1) and T_(2),the Ramsay scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Remimazolam besylate combined with alfentanil can improve the sedative and analgesic effect,optimize clinical indicators and stabilize hemodynamic indicators in elderly patients undergoing painless colonoscopy.
