摘要
目的探讨穴位敷贴联合耳穴埋籽对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期患者康复的影响。方法选取江苏省南通市通州区中医院2021年5月—2023年12月收治88例COPD急性加重期患者为研究对象,按摸球法将其分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组采用西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用穴位敷贴联合耳穴埋籽治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、肺功能及炎症反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.45%,高于对照组的81.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组用力肺活量为(3.35±0.45)L、第1秒用力呼气容积为(2.39±0.35)L,均大于对照组的(2.97±0.44)L、(2.11±0.36)L,最大呼气流速为(2.97±0.51)L/s,快于对照组的(2.51±0.48)L/s,白细胞介素-6为(102.35±17.61)ng/L、白细胞介素-8为(0.35±0.10)ng/L,均低于对照组的(124.18±22.15)ng/L、(0.46±0.11)ng/L,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对COPD急性加重者予穴位敷贴联合耳穴埋籽治疗的效果确切,能改善肺功能,减轻炎症反应。
Objective To explore the effect of acupoint application combined with auricular point seed embedding on rehabilitation of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 88 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD admitted to the Tongzhou District Hopital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Nantong,Province from May 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to touch ball method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with acupoint application combined with auricular point seed embedding on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,lung function and inflammatory response of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.45%,which was higher than 81.82%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the forced vital capacity of the observation group was(3.35±0.45)L,the forced expiratory volume of 1s was(2.39±0.35)L,which were higher than(2.97±0.44)L,(2.11±0.36)L of the control group,the maximum expiratiry flow rate was(2.97±0.51)L/s,which was faster than(2.51±0.48)L/s of the control group,the levels of interleukin-6 and interleukin-8 in the observation group were(102.35±17.61)ng/L and(0.35±0.10)ng/L,which were lower than(124.18±22.15)ng/L and(0.46±0.11)ng/L in the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with auricular point seed embedding has a definite effect on patients with acute COPD exacerbation,which can improve lung function and reduce inflammation.
