摘要
眼肿瘤病理是眼科病理学的重要组成部分,对深入认识眼肿瘤的疾病特点和制订诊疗策略具有重要支撑作用。随着我国眼肿瘤专业的快速发展,眼肿瘤病理诊断的专业化和规范化需求日益突出。本文基于眼肿瘤病理诊断技术的发展和应用,指出目前我国眼肿瘤病理诊断存在的主要问题,强调应重视提高眼肿瘤的病理诊断和研究水平,并从加速研究平台和基地建设,培养专业化人才队伍,推动科学研究和临床医学教育等方面,阐明提高眼肿瘤病理诊断和研究水平的方法和途径,以期为全面提升我国眼肿瘤病理诊断能力提供指导意见。
Ocular tumor pathology,an important part of ophthalmic pathology,plays a supporting role in understanding the characteristics of ocular tumors and making decisions of the diagnosis and treatment.With the rapid development of ocular oncology in China,the need for specialization and standardization of ocular tumor pathology has become increasingly prominent.Based on the advancement and application of ocular tumor pathology diagnostic techniques,this article points out the main issues in the pathological diagnosis of ocular tumors in China and emphasizes the importance of improving the pathological diagnosis and research level of ocular tumors via different methods and pathways,such as accelerating the construction of ocular tumor pathology research platforms and bases,cultivating professional teams of ocular tumor pathology diagnostic talents,and promoting the scientific research and clinical medical education in ocular tumor pathology.The aim is to provide guidance for a comprehensive improvement of the pathological diagnostic capabilities for ocular tumors in China.
