摘要
目的:分析内热针疗法联合依托考昔治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)患者的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月济南市济阳区中医医院收治的60例KOA患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组给予依托考昔治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合内热针疗法治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率、疼痛程度、膝关节功能、炎症指标、生活质量及不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组疼痛数字评分法评分、C反应蛋白及肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均低于对照组,Lysholm膝关节评分、生活质量综合评定问卷评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组均无不良反应发生。结论:内热针疗法联合依托考昔可缓解KOA患者疼痛程度,恢复膝关节功能,有助于炎症消散,利于提高患者的生活质量,且安全性较高。
Objective:To analyze the effect of internal heat acupuncture combined with Etocoxime in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:A total of 60 patients with KOA admitted to Jinan Jiyang District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group and study group with 30 cases in each group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with Etocoxib,the study group was treated with internal heat acupuncture therapy on this basis.The total effective rate,pain degree,knee function,inflammation index,quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain number score,C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis fact-αlevels of the study group were lower than those of the control group,Lysholm knee score and quality of life comprehensive assessment questionnaire scores were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).During treatment,there was no adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion:Internal heat acupuncture combined with Etocoxib can relieve pain in patients with KOA,restore knee joint function,help to dissipate inflammation,improve patients'quality of life with high safety.
