摘要
针对极端恶劣环境中闸门锁定梁无法自动投入和退出的问题,研制了一套以闸门自身上下运行作为动力源的耦合式自动投退锁定梁装置,该装置由动力源触发器、装置移梁机构和安全控制系统共3部分组成,其中装置移梁机构接收触发器传递来的动力,然后按需传递给锁定梁,从而实现闸门在启闭过程中锁定梁自动投退功能。该装置可极大降低人员操作风险与劳动强度。
Due to the harsh working conditions,the locking beam of the sluice gates in hydropower stations is often unable to automatically engage into operation or disengage from service.Thus,a gate coupled automatic engagement and disengagement locking beam device is developed,which is powered by the up and down movement of the gate.The device consists of three parts:a power trigger,a device moving mechanism,and a safety control system.The device moving mechanism receives the power transmitted from the trigger,and transmit it to the locking beam as needed,thereby realizing the automatic engagement and disengagement of the locking beam during the operation of the gate.The device can significantly reduce the operation risks and labor intensity of the operation personnel.
