摘要
脑梗死是导致死亡和残疾的主要原因。其特征是大脑某一部位的血流突然中断,氧气和营养物质的运输受损,从而引发出一系列复杂的病理生理变化,包括兴奋性氨基酸毒性作用、氧自由基损伤、炎症因子损害、细胞凋亡等。长期以来,因单一的治疗方案不足以明显改善功能及预后导致其在临床防治中有很大的局限性。天麻钩藤饮是平肝降逆之剂,现代医学研究发现其有抑制炎症反应、改善血管流变、加速血管新生、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗氧化应激、促进神经修复等作用,临床中应用天麻钩藤饮治疗脑梗死十分广泛,文章就天麻钩藤饮治疗脑梗死的相关机制及研究进展进行综述,对后续深入研究奠定基础。
Cerebral infarction is the main cause of death and disability.Its characteristic is a sudden interruption of blood flow in a certain part of the brain,causing damage to the transportation of oxygen and nutrients,leading to a series of complex pathological and physiological changes,including excitatory amino acid toxicity,oxygen free radical damage,inflammatory factor damage,cell apoptosis,etc.For a long time,there have been significant limitations in clinical prevention and treatment due to the insufficient improvement of function and prognosis with a single treatment plan.Tianma Gouteng Decoction(天麻钩藤饮)is an agent for calming the liver and reducing adverse reactions.Modern medical research has found that it has the effects of inhibiting inflammatory reaction,improving vascular rheology,accelerating angiogenesis,anti atherosclerosis,anti oxidative stress,and promoting nerve repair.Tianma Gouteng Decoction has been widely used in clinical treatment of cerebral infarction.This article reviews the related mechanisms and research progress of Tianma Gouteng Decoction in treating cerebral infarction,laying a foundation for further research.
