This article points out the necessity and potential impact of using big data technology to optimize the reimbursement management of funds in private universities,analyzes the core problems existing in the current financial management system,as well as how to optimize the reimbursement process and decision support by establishing a unified data platform,automated audit monitoring system,and real-time data analysis.Through these improvements,private universities can achieve more refined,efficient,and transparent fund management,better supporting the development of education and research activities.
