摘要
针对盾构机中常用的高强度紧固螺栓预紧力展开相关研究,介绍了螺纹紧固件扭紧力矩与预紧力之间的关系,以及螺纹紧固件的常用预紧力控制方法,并针对盾构机刀盘喷口的螺纹紧固进行了有限元仿真分析,得出了螺栓预紧力不足对螺栓工作载荷的影响。
The preload of high-strength fastening bolts commonly used in rectangular shield machine was studied,The relationship between the tightening torque and preload of threaded fasteners was introduced,as well as the common preload control method of threaded fasteners.The finite element simulation analysis was carried out for the bolt fastening of the cutter head nozzle of rectangular shield machine,and the influence of insufficient preload of bolt on the working load of bolt was obtained.
