摘要
精密减速器作为机器人核心关键零部件之一,其性能和质量水平对机器人系统至关重要。为了进一步提高机器人用精密减速器产品精度,实现国产精密减速器应用水平的质量提升,简述了减速器领域的发展状况,分析研究了目前国内外减速器现有标准情况,对比分析了当前国内外谐波减速器和RV减速器性能指标的质量水平,详细阐述了国内外机器人用减速器产品质量认证现状,指出了当前减速器性能检测方法与产品质量存在的问题,最后提出了精密减速器精度分级与质量认证的相关建议。
Precision reducer as one of the core key components of the robot,its performance and quality level of the robot system is crucial.In order to further improve the precision of precision reducer products for robots and realize the quality improvement of domestic precision reducer application level,an overview of the development status of reducer field is given,the existing standard situation of domestic and foreign reducers is analyzed and researched,the quality level of current domestic and foreign harmonic reducer and RV reducer performance index is compared and analyzed.The current status of quality certification for robot reducers at home and abroad is elaborated,and the problems in performance testing methods and product quality are pointed out.Finally,relevant suggestions for precision reducer accuracy grading and quality certification are proposed.
