摘要
利用纳米玻璃纤维与聚苯乙烯共混制备聚苯乙烯复合材料,探究纳米玻璃纤维掺量对聚苯乙烯复合材料力学和保温性能的影响。结果表明:掺入纳米玻璃纤维有效改善了聚苯乙烯复合材料的力学性能、阻燃性能和保温性能。适当增加纳米玻璃纤维的掺量可以有效改善聚苯乙烯复合材料的力学性能、阻燃性能和保温性能,同时提升其可降解性。当纳米玻璃纤维质量分数为20%时,聚苯乙烯复合材料的压缩强度和缺口冲击强度较纯聚苯乙烯的性能分别增加57.26%和17.43%,极限氧指数(LOI)值增加48.07%。
Polystyrene composites were prepared by blending nano glass fibers with polystyrene,and the effects of nano glass fiber content on the mechanical and thermal insulation properties of polystyrene composites were investigated.The results show that the addition of nano glass fibers effectively improve the mechanical properties,flame retardancy,and insulation properties of polystyrene composites.By appropriately increasing the content of nano glass fibers,the mechanical properties,flame retardancy,thermal insulation of polystyrene composites can be effectively improved,while enhancing their degradability.When the mass fraction of nano glass fibers is 20%,the compressive strength and notch impact strength of polystyrene composites increase by 57.26%and 17.43%,respectively,compared to pure polystyrene,and the limited oxygen index(LOI)value increases by 48.07%.
