摘要
目的探讨改良McBride术联合Scarf截骨术治疗中重度拇外翻的临床疗效。方法以2022年6月至2024年3月在郑州市骨科医院行改良McBride术联合Scarf截骨术治疗的40例中重度拇外翻患者为研究对象,对比术前、术后3个月时的拇外翻角、跖骨间夹角水平和美国足踝外科协会评分,统计术后并发症发生率。结果术后3个月,40例中重度拇外翻患者拇外翻角、跖骨间夹角水平低于术前,而美国足踝外科协会评分高于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);本研究中共有4例患者出现术后并发症,并发症发生率为10.00%。结论改良McBride术联合Scarf截骨术治疗中重度拇外翻临床疗效较好,可有效改善患者局部解剖结构异常,对恢复患者前足功能有积极帮助。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modifified McBride combined with Scarf osteotomy in the treatment of moderate and severe hallux valgus.Methods Fourty patients with moderate to severe hallux valgus treated in Zhengzhou Orthopedic Hospital from June 2022 to March 2024 were treated with modifified McBride combined with Scarf osteotomy.The levels of hallux valgus Angle,intermetatarsal Angle and American Association of Foot and Ankle Surgery scores were compared before and 3 months after surgery.The incidence of postoperative complications was analyzed.Results Three months after operation,hallux valgus Angle and intermetatarsal Angle levels in 40 patients with moderate to severe hallux valgus were lower than before operation,while American Association of Foot and Ankle Surgery scores were higher,and the difference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05).In this study,there were 4 patients with postoperative complications,and the complication rate was 10%.Conclusions Modifified McBride combined with Scarf osteotomy has a good clinical effect in the treatment of moderate and severe hallux valgus,which can effectively improve the local anatomical structure and help to restore the forefoot function of patients.
