摘要
目的探究改良眉下联合切口上睑提升术在上睑皮肤松弛中的临床效果。方法选取2021年3月至2024年3月郑州欧华医疗美容医院收治的86例上睑皮肤松弛患者,按治疗方法不同分为研究组和对照组,每组43例。观察组患者采用改良眉下联合切口上睑提升术,对照组患者采用重睑成形术;术后随访3个月。结果观察组患者术后消肿及恢复时间均短于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,2组患者睑裂高度经瞳孔上下睑缘间距离增加,眉毛至发际线距离减少,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者Lemperle皮肤弹评分、全球美学改善量表评分均降低,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者睑缘反光点距离、角膜内侧睑缘与重睑褶皱距离、中瞳孔边缘与重睑褶皱距离、外眦边缘与重睑褶皱距离均升高,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良眉下联合切口上睑提升术能提高上睑皮肤松弛患者上睑松弛的矫正效果,提升面部美学效果,减少皱纹,改善皮肤松弛状态和眼眶形态,缩短恢复时间。
Objective To explore the application effect of improved subeyebrow combined with incision upper eyelid lifting in upper eyelid skin relaxation.Methods A total of 86 patients with upper eyelid skin laxity treated in Zhengzhou Ouhua medical beauty hospital from March 2021 to March 2024 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to different treatment methods,43 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were treated with improved eyebrow combined incision upper eyelid lifting,while patients in the control group were treated with double eyelid plasty;The patients were followed up for 3 months.Results The postoperative detumescence and recovery time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05);After 3 months of treatment,the distance between upper and lower eyelid margin of palpebral fifissure height through pupil increased and the distance from eyebrow to hairline decreased in the two groups,with statistically signifificant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);The lemperle skin elasticity score and the global aesthetic improvement scale score of the two groups were decreased,and the difference between the two groups was statistically signifificant(P<0.05);The distance between the reflflective point of the eyelid margin,the distance between the medial eyelid margin of the cornea and the fold of the double eyelid,the distance between the edge of the middle pupil and the fold of the double eyelid and the distance between the edge of the outer canthus and the fold of the double eyelid were increased in the two groups,and the differences were statistically signifificant(P<0.05).Conclusions The improved eyebrow combined incision upper eyelid lifting surgery can improve the correction effect of upper eyelid laxity in patients with upper eyelid skin laxity,improve the facial aesthetic effect,reduce wrinkles,improve the skin laxity and orbital morphology,and shorten the recovery time.
