基于炉体和钢坯传热模型的加热炉炉温制度优化

摘要 文章结合某钢厂现有设备和实际生产数据,提出了基于炉体传热模型和钢坯传热模型的炉温制度优化方法,通过启发式算法,确定了满足钢坯加热质量条件下加热炉能耗最低区域的炉温制度。结合现场操作的需求,在加热炉原炉温制度预热段、均热段温度前提下,经模型验证计算,加热一段和加热二段同时最多降低40℃;在优化后的炉温制度下加热炉能耗最低,加热炉能耗下降了1.17%。该炉温制度优化方法对钢厂的生产有着重大的指导意义。 The temperature regime of the heating furnace has a significant impact on the heating quality of steel billets and gas consumption.This paper establishes a thermal balance model for the heating furnace based on the existing equipment and actual production data of a certain steel plant.Through heuristic optimization calculations using the heat transfer models of the furnace body and steel billets,we identified a temperature regime that minimizes energy consumption in the heating furnace under rolling conditions(temperatures of the four sections of the heating furnace).Considering the operational requirements on site,while keeping the temperatures of the preheating and soaking zones of the original furnace temperature regime unchanged,the model validation calculations show that the temperatures of the first and second heating sections can be reduced by up to 40℃simultaneously;Under this temperature regime,the energy consumption of the heating furnace is at its lowest,with a decrease of 1.17%.The optimization of this temperature regime has significant guiding implications for the production of the steel plant,and the optimized regime will better meet the demands of modern production and the requirements for energy conservation and emission reduction.
