摘要
目的 探讨黄体酮联合穴位贴敷安胎粉对先兆流产的临床疗效。方法 将2022年6月—2023年6月本院收治的76例先兆流产患者随机平均分成对照组和试验组,每组38例。其中,对照组以肌注黄体酮的常规治疗为主,试验组则在常规疗法基础上配合穴位贴敷安胎粉,连续2周。测定血清雌二醇(E2)、绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)及黄体酮(P)的水平。同时,分析中医证候积分和不良反应的发生情况,综合评价疗效。结果 治疗前,两组中医证候积对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的中医证候积分均降低,且试验组比对照组低(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的E2、β-HCG和P的血清浓度均升高,且试验组比对照组高(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后随访至28周,试验组继续妊娠率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 安胎粉穴位贴敷与黄体酮相结合用于治疗早期先兆性流产,能够显著提升治疗效果,并且显示出良好的安全性。
Objective To explore clinical effect of progesterone combined with acupoint application of anti miscarriage powder for threatened abortion.Methods The paper chose 76 patients with threatened abortion,and divided them into control group and experimental group randomly.Control group was treated with routine treatment with intramuscular injection of progesterone,while experimental group with acupuncture point application of anti miscarriage powder based on routine therapy for two consecutive weeks.Levels of serum estradiol(E2),chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG),and progesterone(P)were measured.At the same time,TCM syndrome scores and in cidnece of adverse reactions were analyzed,and curative effect was comprehensively evaluated.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in basic data between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores of both groups decreased,those of experimental group were lower than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum concentrations of E2,β-HCG,and P in both groups increased,those of experimental group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Total effective rates of experimental group and control group were 94.74%and 76.32%respectively(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in control group and experimental group was 23.68%and 28.95%respectively,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After follow-up up to 28 weeks after treatment,continued pregnancy rates of experimental group and control group were 92.11%and 71.05%respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application of anti miscarriage powder combined with progesterone can improve curative effect of early threatened abortion significantly with high safety.
