医院门诊药房中成药与西药联用处方的合理性分析被引量：1

Rationality Analysis of Traditional Chinese Patent Medicines and Simple Preparations Combined with Western Medicine in Outpatient Pharmacy of Our Hospital

摘要目的分析和研究医院门诊药房中成药与西药联用处方的合理性。方法随机选择2022年7月—2023年3月本院门诊药房处方1200张,分析其中的中成药和西药联用处方,同时记录联用处方内的不合理情况。结果1200张处方中有中成药和西药联用处方227张,其中外科25张,内科83张,针灸科63张,儿科10张,老年病科13张,妇产科33张,联用处方总占比为18.92%;中成药和西药联用处方中的不合理处方35张,包括重复用药或者剂量叠加处方18张,适应证不适宜处方10张,中药注射剂盲目应用7张,总占比为15.42%。结论门诊药房中的中成药和西药联用处方非常多见,而处方内的不合理现象也很普遍,应该采取相应的措施来提升用药的安全性、合理性。 Objective To analyze and study rationality of traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations combined with western medicine in outpatient pharmacy of hospital.Methods The paper chose 1200 prescriptions in outpatient pharmacy from July 2022 to March 2023,analyzed prescriptions of traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations combined with western medicine,and recorded unreasonable situation in the combined prescriptions.Results 1200 prescriptions included 227 prescriptions for traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations and western medicine,including 25 prescriptions for surgery(11.16%),83 prescriptions for internal medicine(31.80%),63 prescriptions for acupuncture and moxibustion(34.62%),10 prescriptions for pediatrics(4.22%),13 prescriptions for geriatrics(8.55%),33 prescriptions for gynecology and obstetrics(22.92%).Combined prescriptions accounted for 18.92%(227/1200)in total;there were 35 unreasonable prescriptions in traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations combined with western medicine,including 18 prescriptions(7.93%)ofrepeated use or dose superposition,10 prescriptions(4.41%)with unsuitable indications,and 7 prescriptions(3.08%)of blind use of traditional Chinese medicine injections,accounting for 15.42%(35/227)in total.Conclusion Combination prescriptions of traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations and western medicine are common in outpatient pharmacies,and irrational phenomena of prescriptions are also common.Corresponding measures should be taken to improve safety and rationality of drug use.
