摘要
为落实国家矿山安全战略,推动露天矿山爆破开采智能化,攻克了透明地质探测、智能爆破设计、智能现场混装乳化炸药车、炮孔智能填塞、智能无线起爆等多项关键技术,研发了相应的装备和系统,解决了在矿山开采中长期存在的多项技术难题。在国内首次开展了露天矿山全工序智能爆破工程应用,检验了各项智能爆破技术和装备的有效性和安全性。结果表明,成功研发的技术领先,装备先进,打通了露天矿山爆破各工序数据链,达到了智能化和少人化的目的要求。爆破现场操作人员大幅减少了83%~95%,作业效率提升了3~25倍,显著提升了矿区爆破本质安全水平,变革了爆破现场作业模式,形成了露天矿山智能爆破的中国范式,对推动国内智能爆破技术的深入研发和应用,发挥了示范和引领作用。
In order to implement the national mining safety strategy and promote the intelligent blasting and mining of open-pit mines,multiple key technologies such as transparent geological exploration,intelligent blasting design,on-site intelligent charging,intelligent filling,and remote intelligent wireless detonation have been overcome.Corresponding equipment and systems have been developed to solve multiple technical problems that have long existed in mining.For the first time in China,the full process intelligent blasting engineering application of open-pit mines has been carried out,and the first intelligent blasting application scenario has been built.The effectiveness and safety of various intelligent blasting technologies and equipment have been tested.The results indicate that the successfully developed technology is leading,equipped with advanced technology,and has connected the data links of various blasting processes in open-pit mines,achieving the requirements of intelligence and fewer personnel.The number of on-site blasting operators has significantly decreased by 83%~95%,operating efficiency is increased by 3 to 25 times,significantly improving the intrinsic safety level of blasting in mining areas,transforming the operation mode of blasting sites,and forming the Chinese paradigm of intelligent blasting in open-pit mines.It has played a demonstrative and leading role in promoting the in-depth research and application of intelligent blasting technology in China.
