基于德昌风电场的风电机组载荷特性分析

摘要 风电机组实际运行时的载荷特性与国际电工委员会(IEC)标准设计值存在差异,掌握其差异机理对指导机组性能评估、确保机组可靠运行具有重要意义。本文以国内德昌县风电场运行的2 MW风电机组为研究对象,基于实测数据提取关键风特征参数,分析机组SCADA系统运行数据,建立德昌风电场载荷计算工况。同时,参考IEC标准相关设计参数,形成IEC标准载荷计算工况。分别开展德昌实际工况和IEC工况作用下机组载荷仿真计算。对比仿真计算结果发现:在德昌实际工况作用下,机组主轴部件载荷时域波形幅值最大高于IEC设计载荷约87%。但机组疲劳载荷特性优于IEC设计载荷,机组部件疲劳寿命最大可延长至24.3年,对提高机组的能源收益率具有重要作用。 There are differences between wind turbines load characteristics under actual operating conditions and IEC standards design value,and the mechanism of these differences is of great significance for guiding the performance evaluation of wind turbines and ensuring their reliable operation.In this paper,the 2 MW wind turbine operating in the domestic Dechang wind farm is taken as the research object.Firstly,the key wind characteristic parameters based on measured data are extracted,and then the operation data of SCADA system is analyzed to establish the load calculation conditions of Dechang wind farm.Meanwhile,the IEC standard load calculation conditions are formed in reference to design parameters according to IEC standards.Finally,the wind turbine load simulation calculations under the actual Dechang wind farm and IEC operating conditions are carried out separately.Through comparing the simulation results,it was found that under the actual Dechang operating condition,the maximum time-domain waveform amplitude of the main shaft component load is about 87%higher than the IEC design load.However,the fatigue load characteristics of wind turbine are superior to that of the IEC design load.Moreover,the maximum fatigue life of wind turbine components can be extended to 24.3 years,which plays an important role in improving wind turbines energy yield.
